Vagisan is a moisturising cream that resumes the natural hydration of the vagina without the need for hormones. This hormone-free approach makes the product suitable for almost all women and it relieves the symptoms of vaginal dryness effectively.
Vaginal dryness is particularly prevalent among older, post-menopausal women, but if can affect women of all ages and stages of their lives. The condition is usually caused by low levels of oestrogen, which is the hormone that regulates the vaginas hydration and lubrication.
While a lot of vaginal dryness solutions contain oestrogen to encourage your body to gain moisture rebalance, Vagisan is hormone-free and works topically from the inside out.
Vagisan is a cream which is to be applied internally in the vagina, as well as externally in the surrounding genital area. To administer the cream, use the applicator provided.
Use Vagisan as required, either when you notice dryness or regularly to avoid it. You can also use this cream before sexual intercourse, to make it more lubricated and more enjoyable.
Vagisan is designed to be taken by women and is not suitable for men or children. You should also not take Vagisan if:
