Syndol Headache Relief
This medicine contains codeine, which has the potential to cause addiction if taken continuously for more than three days, leading to withdrawal symptoms upon cessation. It also contains paracetamol, and it’s crucial not to consume other medications containing paracetamol while using this product. Prolonged use of painkillers for headaches over three days can exacerbate symptoms. If taken as directed on the packaging, the likelihood of addiction is low. However, if you find yourself needing the medicine for extended periods, requiring doses higher than recommended, or experiencing significant discomfort upon discontinuation that subsides upon resuming the medication, it’s important to consult your doctor promptly.

To take Syndol migraine relief, swallow the tablets whole with water, avoiding chewing. For adults, the recommended dosage is 2 tablets every 4-6 hours as needed, not exceeding 8 tablets in a 24-hour period. For adolescents aged 16-18 years, the dosage is 1-2 tablets every 6 hours, not exceeding 8 tablets in 24 hours. Children aged 12-15 years should take 1 tablet every 6 hours, with a maximum of 4 tablets in 24 hours. Do not exceed the recommended frequency of every 6 hours. This medicine is not suitable for children under 12 years. Adhere strictly to the dosage instructions on the label. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor. Each film-coated white capsule-shaped tablet, marked on one side with ‘PCC’, contains the following active ingredients: paracetamol 500 mg, caffeine 30 mg, and codeine phosphate 8 mg. Additional components include povidone, maize starch, methylcellulose, talc, purified water, calcium stearate, methylhydroxypropylcellulose, and polyethylene glycol.
