PARACETAMOL IS INCLUDED IN SUDAFED SINUS MAX: Refrain from consuming any other products containing paracetamol while using this medication. Promptly consult a doctor if you accidentally exceed the recommended dosage of this medicine, regardless of whether you feel fine.

How many Sudafed Max can I take?

Intended for oral administration, swallow the capsules whole with water without chewing. For adults, the elderly, and individuals aged 16 years and above, the recommended dosage is two capsules every 4 to 6 hours, as necessary. Do not exceed 8 capsules (equivalent to 4 doses) within a 24-hour period, and ensure a gap of at least 4 to 6 hours between doses. Refrain from administering to children under 16 years of age. Additionally, avoid prolonged usage exceeding 3 days unless specifically advised by your doctor.

Avoid this medicine if you are taking or have taken drugs for depression known as Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (MAOIs) within the last two weeks. It is also not suitable for children under 16 years old or if you are currently taking tricyclic antidepressants such as imipramine or amitriptyline.
