  • Get ready: Begin by shaking the OraMarie® bottle well.
  • Fill the dropper: Use the provided dropper to squeeze and fill it with the serum.
  • Open wide: Tilt your head back and lift your chin for better access.
  • Stick out your tongue: Stick out your tongue as far as possible.
  • Apply the serum: Squeeze 6-8 drops of the serum from the dropper directly onto your tonsils.
  • Target both sides: Repeat step 5 to apply the same amount of serum to the other tonsil.
  • Let it work: Allow the serum to sit for 2-3 minutes at the back of your throat.
  • Swallow or spit: While the serum is safe to swallow, it’s preferable to spit it out.
  • Repeat for freshness: Use the solution 3 to 4 times a day or as often as needed to maintain fresh breath.
