Nuromol is a powerful painkiller that combines two active ingredients, Ibuprofen and Paracetamol, for effective relief. Ibuprofen, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), reduces pain, swelling, and high temperatures, while Paracetamol, an analgesic, alleviates pain and fever differently. Nuromol is ideal for the temporary relief of mild to moderate pain such as migraines, headaches or period pain.

For oral use and short-term use only, take Nuromol uk as follows: if you have an infection, consult a doctor without delay if symptoms such as fever and pain persist or worsen. On the first day of treatment, try a pain relief medication containing a single active ingredient (either ibuprofen or paracetamol) according to the product instructions. If your pain is not relieved on the first day, you can take Nuromol Dual Action Pain Relief the next day. Take 1 tablet with water and food, up to 3 times a day, leaving at least 6 hours between doses. If one tablet does not control symptoms, a maximum of 2 tablets may be taken up to three times a day, but do not exceed 6 tablets within 24 hours, equivalent to 3000 mg of paracetamol and 1200 mg of ibuprofen. This medicine is not for use by children or adolescents under 18 years. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration necessary to relieve symptoms, and do not take this medicine for longer than 3 days. If your symptoms worsen or persist, consult your doctor. For full details refer to the Patient Information Leaflet.
Do not take this medicine with other products containing paracetamol or NSAIDs, such as aspirin or ibuprofen. Some other medicines may also affect or be affected by this treatment, so always seek the advice of your doctor or pharmacist before using this medicine with other medications. For example, consult your doctor if you are taking corticosteroid tablets, antibiotics (e.g., chloramphenicol or quinolones), or flucloxacillin due to the serious risk of blood and fluid abnormalities (high anion gap metabolic acidosis) that require urgent treatment, especially in cases of severe renal impairment, sepsis, malnutrition, chronic alcoholism, and if the maximum daily doses of paracetamol are used. Additionally, be cautious if taking anti-sickness medicines such as metoclopramide or domperidone. For full details refer to the Patient Information Leaflet.
