If the motion sickness does not resolve, another 50mg dose can be taken, however an 8 hour gap should be left between the first dose and second dose.

If travel sickness still does not resolve, patients may take one more 50mg dose 8 hours after the prior dose.

Children (6 – 11 years old) Standard dose cyclizine 25mg, maximum three times a day
Motion sickness 25mg cyclizine one to two hours before travel.

If the motion sickness persists, another 25mg dose can be taken after 8 hours.

If needed, children can be given one more 25mg dose after 8 hours.

If you miss or forget to take your cyclizine tablet, take it as soon as you realise you have forgotten. However, make sure you do not take double the dose to make up for missing a previous dose. If you take too much cyclizine, please consult a medical professional as soon as possible.
