Insert the applicator carefully into the vagina, up to the patterned grip zone, while lying on your back with knees bent, pushing the plunger until it halts to dispense the vaginal pessary.

Following administration, discard the applicator in a secure location out of children’s reach, as it cannot be flushed down the toilet. As the Canesten cream pessary dissolves, wearing a panty liner may be advisable to manage any discharge. While a white chalky residue post-application is normal and does not indicate treatment failure, if any undissolved pieces are observed, consulting with a doctor or pharmacist is recommended as the treatment may not have been effective.
