This interaction can alter the effectiveness of Buscopan Tablets or the other medications. Specifically, it is important to mention if you are taking antidepressants such as tetracyclic or tricyclic antidepressants like doxepin, antihistamines for allergies or travel sickness, heart medications like quinidine or disopyramide, antipsychotics such as haloperidol or fluphenazine, medications for respiratory issues like tiotropium, ipratropium, or other atropine-like medicines, amantadine for Parkinson’s disease and flu, or metoclopramide for nausea. To take Buscopan 10 mg, follow your doctor or pharmacist’s instructions precisely, and consult them if you have any doubts. It is important not to take these tablets continuously for extended periods. Swallow the tablets whole with water; do not break, crush, or chew them. For adults and children over 12 years old, the usual dose is two tablets four times a day. For those with Irritable Bowel Syndrome, the starting dose may be one tablet three times a day, which can be increased if necessary. For children aged 6 to 12 years, the typical dose is one tablet three times a day. Buscopan Tablets are not recommended for children under 6 years old. Like all medicines, Buscopan for stomach cramps Tablets can cause side effects, though not everyone experiences them. Some serious side effects require immediate medical attention, so stop taking the medication and see a doctor right away if you notice allergic reactions such as skin rashes, itching (affecting fewer than 1 in 100 people), general redness, severe allergic reactions like difficulty breathing, feeling faint or dizzy (anaphylactic shock), or a painful red eye with vision loss. Other possible side effects include dry mouth, abnormal sweating or reduced sweating, and an increased heart rate (each affecting fewer than 1 in 100 people), as well as an inability to pass urine (affecting fewer than 1 in 1,000 people).

Do not take Buscopan in breastfeeding or if you are pregnant, or likely to become pregnant,  Additionally, some individuals may experience vision problems while taking this medication. If you encounter any sight issues, wait until your vision returns to normal before driving or using any tools or machines.
